Discovering we got some things wrong - in whole or part - is inevitable. It's also uncomfortable to admit!

Achieving Myth Status

​The myths below are based on expert opinions and evidence we believe has reached a threshold for turning an accepted belief into a myth. Not all appear to be known or recognized by respected sources.

It's well established the average new health protocol take 17 years to be commonly adopted by health professionals.  Do not be surprised if you still find doctors or reputable sources unfamiliar with the new science or dismissive of these new ideas.
